Terminal 318 is a newly redeveloped mixed-use destination designed for community gatherings, local businesses, events, and future creative experiences in the heart of Downtown Casa Grande.

02 · Mural Locations
Terminal 318 is seeking artists to help shape the visual identity of Downtown Casa Grande through three distinct mural opportunities. Artists may be considered for one or multiple mural locations, and are encouraged to submit concepts that respond to the character and visibility of each space.

Open Call · Commissioning Artists
Three artists will be commissioned for permanent installations across Terminal 318. Guaranteed paid commissions, all materials provided, and lasting recognition in the heart of Downtown Casa Grande.

03 · Creative Direction
A curated public art initiative honoring the layered story of Casa Grande through a contemporary visual language. Each installation should feel timeless, photo-worthy, and rooted in place.
All styles welcome. All local artists encouraged.

Respectful interpretation of the original peoples and traditions of this land.
The rail history that shaped Casa Grande's name and early growth.
The agricultural roots and working landscape that built the region.

Three paid opportunities for original, permanent mural installations across Terminal 318. All materials provided. Each selected artist becomes part of the lasting creative identity of Downtown Casa Grande.

05 · Artist Application
Application window has ended
Thank you to every artist who submitted a concept for the Terminal 318 Community Mural Project. The submission window closed on June 15, 2026, and we are no longer accepting new applications.
Our team is now reviewing every proposal personally. All applicants will receive an update by email regarding next steps. Selected finalists and commissioned artists will be announced in the coming weeks.
